It consists of 22 questions to be attempted in 30 minutes. The verbal section will have questions on reading comprehension and sentence correction. Similarly, Quant section will have topics like numbers, quadratic equations, geometry, etc. You don't need any special preparation for this test.

About GMAT
Accepted by more than 7,000 management programs in India and around the world, GMAT is a computer adaptive test that is taken by students to pursue an MBA. It is a 3 hour 30 minutes test that checks your quantitative and verbal reasoning skills. It is scored on a 10-point scale out of a total of 800. It is held all year round at designated test centers. Anyone with an undergraduate degree can take this test. You can apply to MBA programs for 5 years after taking the test.
About GRE
GRE is a standardized international test that is taken by students and working professionals who are interested in pursuing masters, specialized masters, MBA, JD, or PhD. It is a 3 hours 45 minutes test that checks your verbal and quantitative reasoning skills. It is scored on a 1-point scale out of a total of 340. It is held all year round at designated test centers around the world. Score validity is 5 years so you can apply to masters or MBA programs any time in that duration. Anyone who is pursuing or has an undergrad degree can take this test.
